1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Digitaliin Envision Pvt Ltd related to Admission Growth System and associated marketing services for educational institutions.

2. Nature of Services

We provide structured marketing and admission system services including:

• Strategic Marketing Consultation
• Video Production
• Digital Advertising Campaign Management
• WhatsApp & Automation Setup
• Lead Generation & Funnel Systems

3. No Admission Guarantee

Digitaliin Envision Pvt Ltd does NOT guarantee a specific number of admissions, inquiries, or revenue increase. Admission outcomes depend on external factors such as school reputation, fee structure, competition, and management follow-up.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate institutional information
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads
• Approve creatives within agreed timelines
• Assign responsible counselor/team for inquiry handling

5. Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required before project initiation. Remaining 50% before campaign launch (unless otherwise agreed). Advertising budget is separate from service fee.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for admission rejection, internal school decisions, market competition, or economic conditions affecting enrollment.
